My practice is unique in that I am also a Shiatsu practitioner so I weave Shiatsu (a Japanese form of acupressure) into each acupuncture treatment.  You do not have to get undressed for your treatments and often I will not place  acupuncture needles directly where you have pain. I practice a distal style of acupuncture (choosing acupuncture points away from the site of pain) and it works beautifully. It's just different and unique- again, much like me. I don't consider myself a black sheep, more of a red pony.  ;)

Also where I choose to practice is different.  My "clinic" is located inside MSA Primary Care in Newark, Ohio.
