
Qigong (pronounced chee gong) is a wonderful, gentle form of exercise which improves circulation and balance, strengthens and opens joints, improves the immune system, regulates digestive problems and promotes health, healing and relaxation.
Qigong combines slow stretches, breath awareness, seated meditation and visualization to balance the body’s internal energy, which is called Qi. All people, including those with limited mobility and range of motion, can practice the gentle yet powerful movements of Qigong.
